Paul Muhammad earned his advanced Private Trust Certification & Training from a private Trust Group called “Mastery In Commerce”.
This training has made him efficient in Trust Structuring & Trust Management.
He has assisted various groups and individuals with asset protection strategies, asset management strategies, and private exchange strategies.

Dr. Tina Muhammad
Dr. Tina “Hassane” Muhammad earned her A.A as a legal assistant at DMACC in Des Moines, Iowa. She then went on to earn her Bachelor of Arts in Criminology at Grandview University and graduated Magnum Cum Laude. While at Grandview University, Dr. Muhammad started the Black Student Alliance after many incidents of racial indignities occurred on campus.
After completing her B.A. at Grandview University, Dr. Muhammad went on to earn her Juris Doctorate from Drake Law School in 2015 with certificates in Constitutional Law and Civil Rights Law.
She began her legal career in earnest as Chief Operations Officer at “Black Lawyers for Justice”. She then founded her own firm “Justice Law PLLC, where she did criminal defense, business and family law. She then branched out, developing a mediation and conflict resolution firm “Mediation Settlement Services” as well as her umbrella company “Elite Legal Services, LLC”.
Dr. Muhammad has traveled throughout the country and internationally on behalf of victims of police brutality and injustice. She has been on the ground in countless demonstrations, protests, and speaking engagements from Ferguson, Missouri all the way to Toronto, Canada. She has helped organize in cities around the country on behalf of “Justice or Else” and “Black Lawyers for Justice”, “Iowa Citizens For Justice”and the NAACP Voter Registration Campaigns.
Dr. Muhammad is a highly sought after attorney and advocate for Black people, and is known for her firm stance against injustice. She has been interviewed by CNN, BBC, Fox News, NPR, The Carl Nelson Show, Al-Jazeera and countless other radio and television outlets. Dr. Muhammad has made it her mission to defend and uplift those who suffer injustice, and oppression in all of its forms.
